Arts Gowanus, the NYC Department of Transportation’s Art Program, Old Stone House & Washington Park, and the office of City Council Member Brad Lander invite you to cover the installation of a mural on 4th Avenue in Brooklyn.

This mural is part of the Gowanus Public Art Project, a series of 7 works, funded by Council Member Brad Lander, that creates new platforms for public art and new opportunities for artists, while at the same time showcasing Gowanus’ unique past, present and future. This mural is made possible with additional funding from NYC DOT’s Arts Program.
NOTE: An Official Unveiling of the completed mural is planned for Thursday, October 15, at 11am.
