The new versions include a “shuffle” feature that lets users view random selections of works, either from a particular period or across all periods, in continuous full-screen slide shows. Other recent new features include a significant speed-up and offline access to works viewed previously for the iPad, and many new works, iOS 4 and iPhone 4 support for the iPhone.
Art Authority for iPad, a constant top-10 reference app worldwide, was specifically designed for Apple’s groundbreaking device, bringing 40,000 high-resolution classic works of art to iPad users’ fingertips.
