Contemporary artist Fraser Leonard gifts President Donald Trump with his “Trump Tie” sculpture during St. Charles, Missouri visit

St. Louis contemporary artist Fraser Leonard gifted President Donald Trump with a special surprise during the President’s recent visit to St. Charles, Missouri.

The President’s theme for the speech was tax reform and “Main Street” – and in a coincidence, the Fraser Leonard Fine Art Gallery is located at 824 S. Main Street in Historic St. Charles.

Arrangements were made by the City of St. Charles for Fraser to bring his “Trump Tie” sculpture to the Wednesday, November 29th speech at the St. Charles Convention Center, where the sculpture was ultimately presented as a gift from Fraser Leonard to President Trump, through his travel team.

The official “Trump Tie” sculpture is 48 inches long, made of steel and red enamel, to emulate President Trumps preference for wearing red ties, which he was sporting at last week’s St. Charles, Missouri speech.

Special thanks goes out to City of St. Charles Mayor Sally Faith and her staff for their efforts in getting the “Trump Tie” sculpture to President Trump through the Trump team.
