The Milwaukee Art Museum’s three-day art festival has been going strong for more than four decades. One of the nation’s premier juried art festivals, it draws thousands of people each year. The festival features 181 artists from around the country showing and selling their work. New this year: the event has expanded with additional artists booths inside the Museum, in Windhover Hall.
Whether inside the Milwaukee Art Museum or under cover of a state-of-the-art tent, festival-goers can visit one-on-one with the artists as they explore the different booths, or engage in any number of activities on the Museum grounds. Families will enjoy the activities and interactive fun at the larger, redesigned Children’s Area sponsored by PNC. Attendees may choose to enjoy live entertainment, relax in the Milwaukee Magazine Wine Garden, participate in the Silent Art Auction, recharge with a variety of food offerings provided by Café Calatrava, explore the sculpture garden, and more.
