In its 33rd year of operations, this summertime gallery has come to be regarded as the cornerstone of the market for works by Ukrainian artists.
This year’s collection of nearly two hundred objects includes works by well-known artists such as Lev Getz, Oleksa Hryshchenko (Gritchenko), Luboslav Hutsaliuk, Edward Kozak, Vasyl H. Krychevsky, Halyna Mazepa, Mychajlo Moroz, Oleksa Novakivsky, Valeriy Skrypka, Ivan Trush, and others. Also represented are works by younger collectible artists such as Andrew Charyna, Alexander Motyl, Natalia Pohrebinska, Ilona Sochynsky, and many others. Additional offerings this year include icons by Lida Piaseckyj and original magazine illustrations by Edward Kozak.
Primarily featured are paintings of various genres (abstract, classical, contemporary, etc.), techniques, and materials, and limited prints. Some of the items are being sold from private collections.
All sales benefit the St. John the Baptist Church and architectural complex.
