Joy Makon is participating in the 2015 Park Slope Windsor Terrace Artists Open Studio weekend, November 7 and 8. Her studio will be open from noon to 6pm both days.
This summer, Joy painted the people of Coney Island, discovered Storm King Art Center, and visited the coast of Maine. The Open Studio will feature works from these trips, along with paintings of wintry Prospect Park and spring at Brooklyn Botanic Garden.
The Park Slope-Windsor Terrace Artists’ Group is a grassroots, community-based organization established in 2012. It is comprised of a diverse group of artists…Painters, Photographers, Sculptors and Multi-Media artists. The mission of the group is to promote their work in the NYC market.
