Mel Jones is a highly sort after Pochoir inspired Artist. Pochoir is a French hand cut stenciling technique characterized by its crisp lines and brilliant palette. It is clear that Mel has a natural instinct for this bold technique, combining Pochoir with mixed media elements to create her unique head turning landscapes. Mel has embraced this charming old world technique, delightfully encapsulating the decorative naturalism this style creates. Embodying the quintessentially Australian Blue and Grey Gums of the mountain gullies to create her distinctive stylized compositions, they are real head turners.
Don’t miss this unique opportunity to experience and meet Mel Jones as she demonstrates her unique art style to the public. Entry is free. Please e-mail [email protected] or visit http://www.journeymoonart.com for more information.
