Artist Joshua Barber reveals new Richmond painting – Sara D. November Gallery Dec. 4-Jan. 11

Richmond, VA – Richmond-based artist Joshua Barber opens the exhibition “eleven” on December 4, 2014, at 7 p.m. at the Sara D. November Gallery in Richmond.

Barber is known for painting modern icons that are both whimsical and dark, as well as moody, dream-like landscapes. The “eleven” exhibit will present his icons and landscapes side by side for the first time. Barber will also exhibit new work, including a Richmond cityscape called, “i come from this place called richmond.”

This show is presented in conjunction with Richmond’s Glavé Kocen Gallery, which represents the artist. The exhibit will be on display from December 4, 2014 through January 11, 2015. For more information, please visit: http://www.joshuabarberfineart.com/eleven
