MOSAICS Fine Art Festival Board President Richard Baum honored by the Greater St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce

MOSAICS Fine Art Festival Board President Richard Baum was recently honored by the Greater St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce at their annual Year End Celebration honoring their Citizen of the Years. The event was held on Friday evening, February 16th at the Ameristar Casino Resort Spa.

This year, the Chamber honored the lifelong volunteerism of Mike Sommer and recognized the following Lifetime Distinguished Service award recipients:
Cultural: Richard Baum

Richard has worked to establish the Historic Landmarks Preservation and Architecture Review Board, which served as the catalyst for documented guidelines and cultural identity of the City’s oldest neighborhoods. He is also active with MOSAICS Fine Art Festival and serves as President of the MOSAICS Board of Directors since 2010.

Humanitarian: Denise Liebel

Chamber Champion: Keith McNames
